Four single-family lots have been assembled in Grandview-Woodlands to permit the design and construction of this 6-story, wood-framed market condominium project. In keeping with the neighborhood design guidelines, the building steps back on its north façade (facing East Broadway) to enhance daylight access to the public realm.
