ZEN Cranston was the first ZEN community supplemented with solar energy. Located in the community of Cranston, these 66 ZEN Townhomes consisted of level-living garden homes and two-storey townhomes. The two-storey townhomes featured two dedicated rooftop solar panels with the option for homeowners to add more. On average, each home with solar panels generates 539 kWh of power each year.
